Welcome to our rough guide on how to meet your driver at Terminal Four
Heathrow is the Worlds busiest international airport and T4 is one of the busiest terminals
North American flights mainly arrive between 06:00 and 11:00 Am each day this makes the Terminal a very noisy and very crowded place to be.
As you exit into the main arrivals hall (see below) please make sure you turn RIGHT
There you will see all the drivers lining up with their boards you driver will have a bright yellow sign with your name on it and www.airporttransfers.biz Written on the bottom.
If you don't see your driver please go to airport information which is at the far right (as you enter the arrivals hall) of the terminal building.
Please ask them to page the Driver meeting "Your Name" Please do not ask for anything else to go out other than that T4 is noisy and the driver will only be listening for a name and nothing else.
If you still cannot see your driver please follow the contact information given in your email confirmation
Once you have met your driver he will take you on a short walk across the road to the car park.
