Welcome to our rough guide on how to meet your driver at London Luton Luton is one of Londons Busiest airports
As you exit into the main arrivals hall (see below) You will see all the drivers Standing dircetly in front of the exit into the main terminal building (you come through a set of automatic doors then up a slight incline) with their signs (see photo below)
There you will see all the drivers lining up with their boards you driver will have a bright yellow sign with your name on it and www.airporttransfers.biz Written on the bottom.
If you don't see your driver please go to airport information which is about halfway down the arrivals hall on the right hand side (as you enter the arrivals hall) of the terminal building.
Please ask them to page the Driver meeting "Your Name" Please do not ask for anything else to go out other than that T2 is noisy and the driver will only be listening for a name and nothing else.
If you still cannot see your driver please follow the contact information given in your email confirmation
Once you have met your driver he will take you on a short walk to the end of the terminal building
Once you leave the building you have a short walk to the car park collection point
Where the driver will ask you to wait while he collects his vehicle.
The car park is quite a distance from the terminal building so it can take the driver up to 15 mins to get the vehicle and get back to you.
In case of rain or bad weather there is a sheltered area for you to wait
