When you arrive in the arrivals hall from your flight this is what you will see
You come into the arrivals hall from under the sign and the drivers usually wait on the other side of the grey steel barriers
As you can see it was very quiet on the day that these pictures were taken however it gets very busy at this terminal in the early mornings and even though we have very distinctive signs it is still possible to miss your driver.
If you cannot see your driver at the barriers please go to Airport information (turn right and its at the end of the hall see photo below)
Please ask them to page the driver meeting "your name" and nothing else Gatwick is very very busy and the driver will only be listening out for name and nothing else also the driver may put out a page for you requesting that you come to airport information please listen out for this.

If for any reason you are held up in either immigration customs or the baggage hall please send one of your party through to make contact with your driver as we have no way of contacting you inside and the driver will only wait for 90 mins after your flight has landed before leaving the airport.
Once you have met your driver he will take you and your baggage on a short walk to the car park
Once you get to the car park the driver will ask you to wait at the pick-up point (see below) whilst he goes and gets the vehicle and drives it to the pick-up point where he will load you and your luggage into the vehicle
