This is a rough guide to help you to find your driver at Harwich cruise terminal
Unlike the airports the passengers get off of the ship in organised groups usually coach parties first followed by people with early flights then the rest of the passengers
This means that there could be up to 1000 people all coming off at the same time.
And unlike the airports there are no tannoy announcements or paging calls
The driver will wait for you in the main arrivals hall (photo below) he will be either standing or sitting just to the right by the tables with a yellow sign with your name on it.
Once you have net your driver he will guide you to the pick-up point (photo below) which is at the top of the red path

The driver will then ask you to wait at this point while he collects his vehicle and then loads you and your luggage into his vehicle
