This is Dover cruise terminal one cruise terminals are slightly different from the airport terminals in the way that the passengers are disenbarked usually all coach passengers and those with early flights are let off first then the rest of the passengers come off as a group
This means that up to 1000 people will all come off the ship at about the same time this can lead to a lot of confusion and noise
Also there are no announcments at the cruise terminals
Normally the driver that takes you to the cruise terminal will arrange a place to meet you but sometimes you may have joined the ship elsewhere this guide is to help you find your driver when you come off of the ship
There are two exits at Dover terminal one the photo below shows the main exit

However before you get out into the main exit you have to go through the arrivals hall on one side of the arrivals hall is a metal fence the drivers all wait on the other side of that fence holding their "meet-n-greet" signs so that they can clearly be seen by all the passengers.
This is where your driver will wait for you (see photo below showing fence from drivers viewpoint

Once you have met your driver he will take you to the pick-up point (see photo below)

He will ask you to wait there while he then brings the car up to you so that he can load you and your luggage into the vehicle
If you think that Dover Terminal one looks like an old railway station then you are right because that is exactly what it used to be.
We hope this helps you to find your driver at terminal one if you have any other questions please feel free to email us.
